His expertise mainly on MANAGEMENT SYSTEM including AUDITING, QHSE consultancy services related training program,
PSYCHOLOGY in safety – Habitual Safety. MOTIVATION and EMPOWERMENT.
He is currently the Principal Consultant for Mega Mekar Solutions Sdn Bhd (MEKAR),
MEKAR ACADEMY and had design the training module using
HIGH IMPACT approach with the element of MOTIVATION.
He also the MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE of MSOSH, one of Malaysian leading NGO,
speaker for NCOSH Program (National Council of OSH, Malaysia),
